By using HILTEC’s environmental equipment such as oil-water separators, floating oil recovery equipment, fluorine ion adsorption equipment for fluorine-based liquids, water adsorption filters and filter cases, HILTEC can offer comprehensive services starting with a proposal of designs and realize a long-term cost reduction by solving issues and improving the environment of your production lines and equipment.

Oil-water separators(HOS series)

The oil-water separators help maintain performance of aqueous cleaning solutions and water-soluble liquids over a long period of time and ensure a consistent cleaning quality.
The HOS-series separators can separate and remove oil and solids from cleaning liquids at high flow rates and maintain performance of the cleaning liquids over a long period of time.

Floating oil recovery units(HFS series)

The HFS-series floating oil recovery units collect oil floating on the surface of water-soluble liquids efficiently. The units can collect forcibly even the low-viscosity oil that cannot be collected with belt skimmers, etc. Their structure is simple and they are easily maintainable.

Filter cases

Seal integrity is ensured by the U-packings and O-rings applied to the filter housings. Cartridges are selectable according to applications. Wetted parts are made of stainless steel and rust-proof.

The use of high-precision, high-flow filter cartridges allows for compact size.
Duplex/Simplex Sealed Gas Filter
The special coalescer cartridge efficiently removes mist and dust.

Six-way valves / three-way valves

Six-way and three-way valves enable valve switching during maintenance without stopping the flow of fluid, with low pressure loss.

Oil Mist Eliminator

It removes over 99.9% of oil mist emitted from various lubricating oil devices. In addition, our proprietary coalescer cartridge allows for very simple maintenance and long-term use without clogging.

Filter Cartridge

HILTEC is Hilliard’s (HILCO’s) sole sales agent in Japan.

We offer filter media and filters for various applications and specifications using filter cartridges from our partner Hillard, and offer suggestions for filtration, adsorption, water absorption, separation, etc.
We also sell a large number of HILTEC original filter cartridges.

Since the initial release of Hilliard (HILCO) cartridges, the model has not changed or been discontinued.
